Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Maid Clean Florida LLC provides residential cleaning services based on the selected service type (Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, or Short-Term Rental).

Services are limited to accessible interior areas of the home. Areas that are unsafe, heavily cluttered, or inaccessible may be excluded.

2. Property Condition

Cleaning results are dependent on the condition of the home. Heavily soiled or neglected areas may require additional time, services, or charges. Maid Clean Florida LLC does not guarantee full restoration of all surfaces.

3. Access & Utilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. Running water, electricity, and a safe working environment must be available. Pets should be secured as needed.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address verified issues. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations of will be subject to a $50.00 fee.

7. Damages & Claims

Any damage or service-related concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims must include supporting photo documentation. Maid Clean Florida LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitations of Service

Maid Clean Florida LLC does not handle biohazards, hazardous materials, or unsafe conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. Independent Contractors

Services may be performed by independent contractors. All services are completed in accordance with Maid Clean Florida LLC standards.

10. Non-Solicitation of Cleaners

Clients agree not to directly hire or engage any cleaner introduced through Maid Clean Florida LLC outside of the Company. Doing so may result in termination of services and applicable fees.

11. Agreement to Terms

By booking or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
